Step 1 - CLEAR: Gentle Cleanser
The Gentle Cleanser is activated by water to remove makeup and impurities from the skin.
For best results use morning and evening.
- Apply almond-sized amount to damp skin
- Gently massage with fingertips over face, neck and eye area
- Rinse with our Konjac Facial Sponge
- Repeat if you have oily skin or you’re wearing makeup

- Warm 3-5 drops in the palms of your hands

When will I see results?

Do the products expire? What is the shelf life?
The Spa Dr.®’s skincare products have a 2 year shelf life. Once the product is open it will last for 12 months. For all supplements, there is an expiration date on the bottle.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes! At The Spa Dr.® we want you to be completely satisfied as we hold our products to the highest standards. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with any of our products, simply contact us within 30 days from the ship date, let us know what the issue was, and we will process a refund to your credit card, or exchange the product for an alternative item.

Does the Cleanser really work to remove makeup?
Yes, CLEAR (Step 1) is a gentle cleanser. It removes makeup, including mascara, easily. We suggest using our Konjac Facial sponge or a warm wet washcloth to effectively remove the cleanser along with makeup.

Wow. These are so tiny, theres not enough to actually gauge if the products help your skin over time. Also, the packaging is poor. The opening on the bottles are too big for the more liquid products. Not knowing that I squeezed them upon first opening and wasted about half of what i had paid for. Ended up so frustrated and feeling ripped off theat I haven't tried the system regularly to tell if it makes a difference. I love the idea of your brand having only used naturopathic medicine for the last decade, but felt it was way to overprices.
Its bitsy teeny weeny
This sample kit is SMALL. I mean S. M. A. L. L. small! I'm all for providing sample kits – I really like the option to try something out before I invest a lot of money (as most are expensive) for something I may not like or my irritate my skin. But, these tubes are less than 2 inches tall and are NOT completely filled. The cleanser, for example, was not enough for one wash. I like to try things at least twice before I can decide.

What a waste of money. I purchases for a trip thinking it would give me a week worth of product. What a joke. If you think of purchasing please look at the oz size. You will not waste your money if you do.

Skin Looks like I get Facials, but it’s just Spa Dr!
I feel good about using the non toxic Spa Dr products and they actually work— my skin looks and feels amazing! My friends ask me if I go for facials, but it’s just Spa Dr’s magic. I also love how the Glow Boost can go on lips and even nails to nourish everything.
