I. Sweepstakes Period

The "Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") Promotion Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, July 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, January 23, 2027.

In other words: a new winner is selected and a new Promotion Period begins every six (6) months. Each Promotion Period is a separate Sweepstakes, and entries do not carry over from one Promotion Period into the next.

The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for determining the timing of entries.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by The Spa Dr. (the "Sponsor").

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING residents of Hawaii, Alaska, New Jersey and Rhode Island, who have a valid email address.

Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or at least nineteen (19) if a resident of Nebraska or Alabama, or at least twenty-one (21) if a resident of Mississippi or the District of Columbia, in each case at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of each of the foregoing, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void outside the United States, the states of Alaska, Hawaii, New Jersey and Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Participants may enter via one of the following methods:

1. Completing checkout of the Doctor-Formulated Hair Serum offer at https://checkout.thespadr.com/hc/checkout/e24b436e-55cf-444b-8071-65c6dbf1e0d7 during a Promotion Period automatically enrolls the purchaser in that Promotion Period's Sweepstakes drawing with one (1) entry, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made; or

2. On a 3″ x 5″ card, handwrite: (1) "Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ Giveaway," (2) your full name, (3) address, (4) city, (5) state, (6) ZIP code, (7) email address, and (8) date of birth. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the last day of the applicable Promotion Period to:

Limit one (1) entry per person, per Promotion Period, per email address, and per household, regardless of entry method. Bulk entries or multiple entries in one envelope will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

V. Prize Details

One (1) winner will be selected per Promotion Period (i.e., once every six months) and will receive one (1) Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ multi-styler and dryer, Straight+Wavy (Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold) (approximate retail value: $749.99 USD). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during that Promotion Period.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner for each Promotion Period will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within fifteen (15) business days following the close of each Promotion Period by employees or agents of Sponsor.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond within five (5) days of the initial contact with the requested information, which may include full name, date of birth, shipping address, and a copy of government-issued identification.

If a selected potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules within the designated period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that Promotion Period.

VII. General Conditions

If technical failures, fraud, hacking, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any single Promotion Period) and determine winners from eligible entries received prior to the disruption. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or unauthorized human intervention in the entry process.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the "Released Parties") from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize, including as to its quality, condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, likeness, and statements for promotional and advertising purposes, in any media, for a term of ten (10) years, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

IX. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Challenge shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

X. Privacy

Information submitted by participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://store.thespadr.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described therein.

XI. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner for a given Promotion Period (available approximately two weeks after the end of that Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 30 days after the applicable drawing date.

XII. Sponsor's Right to Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (including its recurring cadence), or any portion of it, at any time without prior notice in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes, including in the event of fraud, technical failures, or events beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any creator who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acts in a manner contrary to the spirit of the Sweepstakes.
