I. Sweepstakes Period

The "Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") is being run as a limited-time test and begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, July 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, August 14, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes will not automatically renew or recur after the Promotion Period ends.

The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for determining the timing of entries.

II. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Overnel S.A., doing business as "The Spa Dr.", located at Dr. Luis Bonavita 1294 (WTC Montevideo Free Zone), 11300 Montevideo, Uruguay (the "Sponsor").

III. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have a valid email address. Residents of the State of Rhode Island may not participate in this Sweepstakes.

Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or at least nineteen (19) if a resident of Nebraska or Alabama, or at least twenty-one (21) if a resident of Mississippi or the District of Columbia, in each case at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and the immediate family members or household members of each of the foregoing, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

IV. How to Enter

THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Participants may enter via one of the following methods:

Completing checkout of the Doctor-Formulated Hair Serum offer at https://checkout.thespadr.com/hc/checkout/e24b436e-55cf-444b-8071-65c6dbf1e0d7 during the Promotion Period automatically enrolls the purchaser in the Sweepstakes drawing with one (1) entry, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made.

Free Entry / Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

On a 3″ x 5″ card, handwrite: (1) "Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ Giveaway," (2) your full name, (3) address, (4) city, (5) state, (6) ZIP code, (7) email address, and (8) date of birth. Mail-in entries must be postmarked and received by the last day of the applicable Promotion Period to:

Limit one (1) entry per person, per Promotion Period, per email address, and per household, regardless of entry method. Bulk entries or multiple entries in one envelope will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

V. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2x™ multi-styler and dryer, Straight+Wavy (Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold) (approximate retail value: $749.99 USD). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

VI. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days following the close of the Promotion Period by employees or agents of Sponsor.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond within five (5) days of the initial contact with the requested information, which may include full name, date of birth, shipping address, and a copy of government-issued identification.

If a selected potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules within the designated period, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the potential winner will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

VII. General Conditions

If technical failures, fraud, hacking, or other issues compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and determine winners from eligible entries received prior to the disruption. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or unauthorized human intervention in the entry process.

VIII. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and agencies (the "Released Parties") from any liability for any loss, injury, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize, including as to its quality, condition, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, likeness, and statements for promotional and advertising purposes, in any media, for a term of ten (10) years, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or unauthorized human intervention in the entry process.

IX. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Uruguay, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes or causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively through arbitration administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules. Entrants waive any right to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and to have damages multiplied or increased, beyond actual out-of-pocket costs of entering.

X. Privacy

Information submitted by participants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://store.thespadr.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described therein.

XI. Winner List

To obtain the name of the winner (available approximately two weeks after the end of the Promotion Period), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 30 days after the drawing date.

XII. Sponsor's Right to Modify

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes, or any portion of it, at any time without prior notice in the event of force majeure or any other circumstance impacting the integrity or operation of the Sweepstakes.
