Healthy Snack Bites
These snack bites can be a quick and healthy pick-me-up to keep handy in your fridge.
- 3 count Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 dashes powdered stevia
In a food processor, blend together dates, pine nuts, coconut flakes. Move to a medium-size bowl and mix in almond butter, stevia, and cinnamon. Roll into small balls. Chill in your refrigerator and serve cold.
