Our skin is our largest organ—it covers and protects our entire body. When it’s dry, discolored, or lacks tone, or we have a clinical problem like acne, eczema, rosacea, or premature wrinkles, it’s a sign that our body is out of balance. We want to have beautiful skin that is ageless, right? Fixing our skin problems often involves taking a closer look at our lifestyles to get a better grasp of what it is causing these problems. Often there are changes we can make that will dramatically improve our skin, whether that be simple nutritional changes, exercise changes or drastic lifestyle changes like quitting smoking.
