Who doesn’t want to have all-day energy? We don’t want spurts of energy, and we don’t want to rely on stimulants to keep us going. That’s why I invited my friend Yuri Elkaim on the show today. Yuri is the “energy nutritionist,” a health and fitness expert, and author of The All-Day Energy Diet. He’s also a former pro soccer player and served as the strength and conditioning and nutrition coach at the University of Toronto for seven years. He says he’s on a mission to transform the lives of more than 10 million people by 2018. Let’s find out how he plans to do that!
