People with oily or acne prone skin tend to over cleanse and dry out their skin with harsh cleansers, which can irritate the skin and lead to imbalances in skin pH. Cleansing with oils correctly can clean and moisturize without causing irritation while leaving you with glowing skin. Place a warm, damp washcloth on your face for 20 seconds. Remove the washcloth, apply your oil of choice to the skin, let the oil sit for 30 seconds, and use a warm washcloth to gently wipe the oil away. This will hydrate your skin without leaving it feeling greasy.
